1. Product Introduction
1.1 Product Description
The heat-absorbing element of this equipment is a metal heat-absorbing tube (usually copper or aluminum). The surface of the heat-absorbing plate is coated with a solar selective absorption coating; the upper heat-collecting tube is welded, and the heat-absorbing tube is made of high-transmittance glass. The vacuum tube collector is made of all-copper material, and the heat-absorbing coating uses a blue coating and black chrome process. Each square meter of heat-collecting plate can replace 150kg of coal, equivalent to 147 kWh of electricity, and collects about 80kg of hot water per square meter at a temperature above 50°C. It adopts a dual circulation system, is not prone to scaling, can discharge wastewater, does not burst pipes, and is not afraid of hail. The collector is equipped with a selective absorption coating, the collector tilt angle is adjustable, and it is equipped with a water pump, expansion tank, safety valve, and other measuring instruments.
1.2 Product Features

(2) Simulation of Real-World Scenarios: The test stand can simulate real-world solar water heater facilities, allowing trainees to be trained in a near-real-world working environment. (3) The test bench should provide systematic training courses covering basic knowledge of safety facilities, operating methods, maintenance, etc.
(4) Safety performance: The test bench should possess certain safety features, such as waterproofing, dustproofing, and drop resistance, to ensure stable operation in various environments.
(5) It should have multiple measurement data acquisition and data communication capabilities.
