I.Product Overview
1.1 Overview
This training bench is designed for industrial refrigeration research, and its main purpose is to control the temperature and relative humidity of one or more cold storage rooms. If yes, a dedicated compressor and a dedicated condenser are used to control two different cold storage rooms, one for freezing and one for preservation. This training equipment simplifies the data acquisition process and displays the experimental data on the computer using appropriate sensors and processors.
This training bench consists of a compressor, a condenser, a gas-liquid separator, a liquid reservoir, a drying filter, a sight glass, a flow meter, an electronic expansion valve, a solenoid valve, a manual valve, an evaporation pressure regulating valve, a freezer, a cold storage room, etc.
1.2 Features
1. The training table adopts an aluminum alloy frame structure, which is simple and firm, which not only reduces the weight of the equipment, but also ensures the strength of the equipment.
2. The bottom is equipped with 4 universal casters for easy movement.
3. The refrigeration cycle pipeline is laid on the installation panel, and the high and low temperature areas are painted with different colors for easy observation and distinction.
4. The equipment is equipped with a good safety protection system. There is a high and low pressure protection switch in the refrigeration cycle. When the system pressure is abnormal, the compressor can stop working immediately to protect the compressor and the system.
5. The electrical circuit is equipped with a leakage circuit breaker, an emergency stop device and reliable grounding protection to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
